We have created this website in order to provide members of the community with an independent, reliable and up-to-date source of information about plans for the future development of our Manorlane development in Blackridge.
Our mission is to ensure local residents are kept fully informed and have the opportunity to contribute to the plans being made.
Manorlane has a long-term vision for the development of Blackridge which we believe will bring many benefits to the area, not least in terms of better local facilities, improved transport links and economic development.
We are focused on achieving these aims with respect for the local character and identity of the town.
Your opinions and suggestions are invaluable and have already been instrumental in helping shape plans for developing Blackridge to the benefit of all members of the community. However the progress is ongoing and we would welcome your continued support and feedback.
