When you reserve your new home, you will be taken through the Reservation process by your Homes Consultant and on Conclusion of Missives, 14 days from Reservation you will receive a copy of the Manorlane Homeowners Guide which will explain the Reservation - Completion Process in full.
This covers many topics including a Moving Guide, Home Demonstration, Customer Handover, Taking Care of Your New Home, Warranties and Customer Care Details.
Any potential problems that arise should be reported to the Customer Care Department.
