When you move into your new home you will be given a Customer Service Request Form which must be completed and returned within 7 days from handover. Alternatively, you can fill out the form online, here.

We will try to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible subject to the availability of labour and materials. In any event we will endeavour to give you an estimate of the period required to remedy the matter.
We may require access to your home to carry out an inspection or remedial works. We hope that you will understand that access will need to be provided between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
