Manorlane's philosophy is one of continuous improvement. Construction techniques may change over time and new materials and methods may be introduced. If you wish, please speak to your Homes Consultant.

Manorlane endeavors to provide maximum choice but cannot offer alternatives beyond the items shown on the price list. Please liaise with the Homes Consultant on the development of your choice for the latest information.

Please note that some of our offers are subject to stage of construction and anticipated completion date. Your Homes Consultant will be able to confirm the availability of choices.

Not all choices are available on every house type or plot and may on occasion be affected by local conditions. For confirmation, please contact your Homes Consultant.

If the missives have not been concluded, choices must be paid in full unless prior agreement has been made and confirmed in writing by Manorlane.

If missives have been concluded, Manorlane agrees to defer payment until legal completion of your new home. (For amounts exceeding 500 pounds only - lesser sums must be paid at the time)

If an order has been placed by the purchaser and the house purchase no longer proceeds, or you cancel your order, you will be responsible for any costs Manorlane has incurred as a result of the placement of the order. Please note: The contract for the purchase of any Uniquely You item forms a seperate and binding contract to the house purchase.

Prices may vary from one house to another and regional variances may occur.

We reserve the right to change the prices as required. Your Homes Consultant will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information.

Product descriptions and images where specified, have been provided by suppliers which were accurate at the time of going to print. However sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any items on the price list should we encounter problems with supply or delivery.

Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that your choices are honoured, Manorlane cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control, or any changes to our suppliers product list.

Manorlane will include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
