Creating a safe working environment Communication At Manorlane we operate an ‘open-door’ policy in order to ensure staff are comfortable in sharing their opinions, ideas and concerns in a constructive way. In addition to weekly in-house management meetings, we also host an annual management seminar in order to share learnings and maintain our focus on the overall company objectives and core value. Training and development We are also committed to the continuous professional development of our people and endeavor to identify training requirements and provide and provide study packages to allow staff to expand their knowledge and improve performance.
