Our customer reputation is critical to the success of our business. As a mixed use, mixed tenure developer, we sell homes and commercial space to both individual purchasers and commercial operators. Manorlane also supplies renewable energy technologies to the housebuilding sector. 

At Manorlane we acknowledge the importance of delivering a robust and customer-focused service. To achieve this, we have a dedicated in-house Customer Care Department which, in conjunction with our Sales and Construction departments, ensures our customers are looked after from the initial reservation, through to legal completion and onto post-occupation maintenance.

Manorlane has in place a Customer Care Charter and a number of mechanisms to ensure that we maintain the standard of customer care to which we aspire. Customer care forms an important part of our Main Board Agenda and every month a substantial report is discussed at the Board Meeting.

Our homes consultants are employed directly by Manorlane, without the use of selling agents, which allows for the hand selection of the very best sales team to deliver the ethos and values of the company.

We have high levels of customer care satisfaction and work daily to maintain and improve these standards. In recognition of this fact, we won a ‘Customer First Award’ from Zurich.
