Manorlane's philosophy is one of continuous improvement. Construction techniques may change over time and new materials and methods may be introduced. If you wish, please refer to your Homes Consultant for further information.

Manorlane endeavors to provide maximum choice but unfortunately cannot offer alternatives beyond the items shown on the price list.

Please liaise with the Homes Consultant on the development of your choice for the latest information.

Please note that some of our offers are subject to stage of construction and anticipated completion date. Please confirm with your Homes Consultant as to the availability of your choices.

Unfortunately not all choices are available on every house type or plot and may on occasion be affected by local conditions. For confirmation, please contact your Homes Consultant.

If the missives have not been concluded, choices must be paid in full. If missives have been concluded, Manorlane agrees to defer payment until legal completion of your home. If an order has been placed but the purchaser no longer proceeds, or you cancel your order, you will be responsible for any costs Manorlane has incurred as a result of the placement of the order. Please note that the contract for the purchase of Uniquely You Design products is seperate and binding from the house purchase contract.

Prices may vary from one house to another and regional variances may occur.

We reserve the right to change the prices as required. Your Homes Consultant will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information.

Product descriptions and images where specified, have been provided by suppliers which were accurate at the time of going to print.

However sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any items on the price list should we encounter problems with supply or delivery.

Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that your choices are honoured, Manorlane cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control, or any changes to our suppliers product list.

Manorlane will include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
